El lince ibérico es un felino de un tamaño mayor a un gato doméstico que se encuentra en distintas zonas de las áreas del bosque mediterráneo.

Ágil cazador y muy solitario, este animal se encuentra en peligro de extinción debido a la caza ilegal, envenenamientos, atropellos y reducción de su hábitat.

Desde 2003 está en marcha el proyecto Life Lince que trabaja para la reintroducir en su medio natural a estos felinos. Posee un centro de alimentación en el que se hospedan actualmente unos 30 animales y se les brindan las condiciones necesarias para su alimentación (basada fundamentalmente en conejos).La función de este centro es la de resguardar los linces hasta que se encuentren en condiciones de ser reintroducidos en su hábitat natural. Para facilitar su inserción, se introducen también conejos para garantizar la posibilidad de obtener sus presas.

Agile lonely hunter, the animal is in danger of extinction due to illegal hunting, poisoning, attacks and shrinking habitat.
Since 2003 the project is running Life Lynx working to reintroduce into the wild the cats. It has a feeding center which currently host about 30 animals and they provide the necessary conditions for food (based mainly on rabbits). The function of this center is to protect the lynx until they are able to be reintroduced into the wild. For ease of insertion, rabbits are also introduced to ensure the possibility of prey.
